History

Flameskill are specialists in the supply, service, maintenance and recertification of firefighting and safety equipment.

The Company started trading in 1988 and between them, the directors and staff have extensive experience in the fire protection industry.

Independent Company

As an independent service supply company, Flameskill are able to provide a competitive range of products tailored to our clients’ particular situation and to service all types and makes of equipment commonly in use in the UK.

Quality Standards

We provide fire equipment servicing to current British Standards for commercial and industrial premises. Our Marine and Offshore division has service technicians certificated to work on offshore installations, as well as company certification. We have provided services for clients in the UK and around the globe.

Service Centres

At our Great Yarmouth head office, we are fully equipped with the most up-to-date plant to undertake inspection, testing, recertification, refilling and refurbishment of all types and makes of portable and fixed system firefighting and safety equipment.

We have a number of service centres located throughout East Anglia, ensuring that customers are given prompt and reliable service.

These services are available 24 hours / 7 days a week for urgent or emergency situations.

Consistent Quality Assurance

The need for firefighting equipment to be available and to be able to function correctly in an emergency is key to our focus on quality.

Our approvals and certification include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Lloyds Register, Det Norske Veritas, ABS, Drager/Scott Safety Breathing Apparatus Test and Service certification, Fpal, UVDB, BAFE, D.O.T Requalification facility, UKAS 17020:2012 Cylinder testing. All of our technicians have the necessary training and certification to carry out works offshore and on board vessels.
