Vacancy: Offshore Fire Technician/Workshop Technician – Great Yarmouth

Due to continued growth, Flameskill are seeking to appoint an Offshore Fire Technician/Workshop Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Workshop Manager and Senior Offshore Supervisor, you will carry out servicing of fire safety equipment offshore, both on Oil/Gas Platforms and Offshore Wind Substations. When not carrying out offshore duties, you will carry out service works within our workshop, tasks include, cylinder testing and refilling to both UKAS 17020 and DOT standards, Breathing Apparatus, Fire Extinguishers, Respiratory Equipment, to name a few.

Previous experience as a fire service technician (fire extinguishers, fire suppression or fire systems)  is an advantage, but not essential for the right candidate. Full offshore training will be given.
